Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Beef.

1 Can Stewed Tomatoes.

1 16oz. can Green Beans (undrained)

1 Tbl Dry Minced Onion

1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/8 Tsp Garlic powder

1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard

1 Tsp Sugar

1/8 Tsp Black Pepper

1/2 Cup Rice


Directions

Crumble meat into a 2 quart microwave safe dish.

Cover with wax paper and cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes. (Stir about halfway through)

Pour off excess fat / grease

Mix in all the other ingredients, cover and cook on High 9 - 10 minutes or until mixture boils.

Stir, cover, cook on Low for 10 minutes.

Stir, cover, cook on Roast for 5 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
