1 Can Salmon
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Minced Onion
1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Drain Salmon (save 2 Tbl of Juice).
Mix Salmon, Egg, and Onion until sticky.
Stir in flour.
Add Baking Powder to juice.
Stir in mixture.
Make Patties.
Fry.
Put patties on paper towel before serving.
