Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Ground Beef

1/2 cup Uncooked Rice

1 tsp Salt

1/2 cup Water

1/2 tsp Pepper

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 cup Tomato Sauce or 1 can of Tomato Soup


Directions

Heat sauce and water until boiling

add meat balls to sauce

cook 10 minutes on medium heat -- after reaching pressure


Special Notes

Use pressure cooker for quicker results

When finished -- do NOT use water to cool pressure cooker, just let it cool off until safe to remove lid
