Ingredients

2 Cups Broth

cut up Liver & Meat

3 or 4 Boiled Eggs (chopped)

1/4 Cup Celery (chopped)

1/4 Cup Bell Pepper (chopped)

2 Tbls Flour

3 Tbls Milk or Canned Cream

1/4 Tsp Salt

1/8 Tsp Pepper


Directions

Add enough water or broth to get the thickness you want (or flour to thicken up)

Boil neck, liver, gizzard and Turkey or Hen in water.

Once meat is cooked, cut up in to small pieces.

Use extra broth for the gravy or dressing.

Boil eggs and cut up for gravy.

Put broth into Fryer and bring to boil.

Once boiling, cut down heat.

Add some flour and stir until well blended.

Add other ingredients and stir until thickness you want.


Special Notes

You may want to put extra flour in cup and add hot broth if you need to add more liquid to fryer mix.
