1 (12oz) Can Corn Beef
4 or 5 lbs Irish Potatoes
1 small Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Salt
Water
Peel and Cut up enough potatoes for amount you plan on serving.
Wash then cover with enough water in Pressure Cooker (or boiler).
Add Salt, Onion, and Canned Beef.
Turn Pressure cooker on high until gauge starts to dance.
Once pressure is built up, turn down heat and cook for 10 mins.
Remove from heat and run cold water over lid to cool off pressure cooker.
If using boiler, wait until potatoes are almost done to add beef.
If you don't have onion, use dried onion flakes or powder.
